@joakial_ So apparently Canada which doesn’t elect its head of state, or directly elect a prime minister, doesn’t elect upper chamber members, but only elects 1 MP in a first pass the post system is apparently!!! More democratic that the USA. Forgive me when I call bull*** on this.
