I have always had issues with my knee and this shoulder from being a gymnast. Then dislocated it this past season snowboarding and I think this recent incident was the final straw but yeah I’m miserable I can’t do it. I guess I need to reach out to one of the local psychopaths for advice

@shlaywalt Lol. I do, for the most part. I'm 48, and I used to be a side sleeper. However, my shoulders are a mess, and I think my fingers go numb bc of corporal tunnel syndrome. Lesson... Don't get old.
