Das Argument von Jüngeren, es sei idiotisch, Geld in die selbstgenutzte Immo zu stecken, weil man es viel besser und lukrativer anlegen könne, kommt wirklich zuhauf. Die lachen Leute mit Eigenheim aus, fordern aber gleichzeitig Mietendeckel für sich. Ein Prototyp für dieses Anti-Wohneigentums-Mindset von Leuten, die es sich durchaus leisten können, ist übrigens Kevin Kühnert, der mal sagte, er wäre lieber Mieter als selbstnutzender Eigentümer einer Wohnung: welt.de/politik/deutsc…
