@HeathrowAirport #assistance = abuse! My mother had been dumped at gate 24 terminal 3 for 45 mins. They are putting people on wheelchairs that came on flights after our flights. Disgraceful and the operator defaulted to suggesting I was threatening her when her attitude was rude

@MillerandCarter so disappointed today at the manager in Garforth. We visited today and were through our order before being told there was no Chateaubriand left. We were then told “we could do you 2 filet Mignon” to which we said “for the same price” - NO! Not even a sweetener!

Utterly dismayed by @OhmeEV - talk about passing the buck. Oh it’s not us - you’ve obviously got too high a electricity feed! You fitted it - your engineers. Uphold your warranty and get an engineer out! This was fitted in November - if it was my feed it would NEVER have worked

Massive thanks to @BardiOrchestra @shonalindsay @_StephenJDavis @demontforthall for a superb concert of Rodgers & Hammerstein numbers. Mum (86) hadn't been to any kind of show since pre-lockdown and, given her age/health, may not ever go again. She loved every second of this.

Martin, I’m so sorry for your loss. As many others have been saying it does ease; not the loss but the distress. How wonderful that your Dad had such a great life with a son who loved him as you did…you have such special memories-treasure them and keep your Daddy close. Xx

@British_Airways I’m in utter disbelief at the disgusting way I am being ignored by your complaints team - I resorted to social media b/cos nobody in customer service (lack of!) has yet responded to a 3 weeks old “official complaint” re abuse by your staff! You told me to DM… 🤷🏼‍♀️
