Sore menjelang malam tadi, saya duduk di sebauh coffee shop paling ramai di Denpasar, hampir 3 jam.
Saya memperhatikan, Banyak orang datang bersama teman. Tapi hampir semua sibuk dengan layar masing-masing.
Ada yang kerja. Ada yang scrolling. Ada yang pura-pura sibuk.
Pada ngerasa gak, tempat paling ramai justru terasa paling sepi. Sebenernya kita-kita manusia modern ini bukan sedang kekurangan koneksi. Tapi kekurangan kedekatan.

@xendless_s Yang pada ngehina ini yang perlu dipertanyakan.. Ada apa dengan kalian sampai sejijik itu? Mereka kan manusia juga ciptaan Tuhan kalian. 😅

Eid Mubarak!
Today as we honor Prophet Ibrahim, Eid al-Adha reminds us that sacrifice is not a burden. It is an opportunity to see ourselves as part of something larger. To extend a hand to those who need it most.
I am honored to be New York City's first Muslim Mayor and I am determined to lead through solidarity. Together, we are working to ensure every New Yorker can afford the groceries, housing, and child care they need.
Our solidarity is our strength. Eid Saeed, New York.

To one religious extremist in my inbox.
You keep sending me graphic images and saying things like:
“Did you forget Hiroshima and Nagasaki?”
“You’re just America’s bitch.”
No.
I didn’t forget.
No Japanese person forgets Hiroshima.
No Japanese person forgets Nagasaki.
But I’m not going to look at some American kid, student, tourist, or friend today and hate them for what happened 80 years ago.
That’s not strength.
That’s just letting the past rot inside you.
Yes, Japan’s postwar occupation is complicated.
Yes, there are things people still argue about.
But Japan rebuilt.
Japan moved forward.
And part of that history includes its relationship with America.
Remembering the past does not mean living as a prisoner of hatred.
Hiroshima and Nagasaki are not props for your rage.
They are Japanese memories.
Japanese pain.
And a warning to the world.
I will not let you use our dead to feed your hate.

@hotahotasa45082 If that’s what they believe, then enjoy your hypersexual paradise. Just don’t force everyone else to follow the same rules here on earth first 😂
Or maybe they’re scared the houris will turn out to be as strict as their wives back home? 🤣

@NicoleA18060980 Now whenever I watch a video, I always stop to think: is this AI or not? 😂 But even so, this scene is still cute...
