Christianity is being worn as a skinsuit by politicains and influencers "based signalling" for engagement, wars, and the redemption arc industrial complex. My latest video essay "Christ vs The Culture War" has a controversial conclusion: there are no Christians online. (link below)

@imPenny2x Hard cope. We all need to familiarize ourselves with science fiction that explores abundance futures. Because it’s not about the abundance It’s about human nature And only artists can show us ourselves as we really are

99% of people really do not understand abundance as Elon describes it. The fundamental reason is that they don’t understand compound growth. Same people who would probably pick 1 million dollars today over a penny that doubles in value every day for 30 days. It’s a bad choice by the way. You lose out on millions. Imagine if that doubling object was a labor producing robot instead of a penny. Compounding labor. It’s actually crazy if you try and wrap your mind around it. So Elon mentions Universl High Income and the midwits flip a lid. “The elites won’t share” You don’t get it. They won’t need to share. They will make everything so cheap, it is effectively free. Charities will have immense resources to distribute. Unfathomable intelligence will exist to help optimize production and distribution. An unfathomably large labor pool will exist that operates on solar power exclusively. The public work projects that are erected will be unseen before levels of breathtaking. I think we are incredibly blessed to steward this new age of abundance. Can you see it now? Can you see the future?

The Notwithstanding Clause is integral to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and an unassailable provincial constitutional right. Alberta Premier Peter Lougheed insisted it be included to protect the autonomy of provinces to uphold the values and priorities of the people they represent from decisions of activist courts. In Alberta, we have used it carefully and lawfully to stand up for the parental right to be involved in their children’s lives, to protect children so they can make important health decisions as adults, to ensure fairness in sport, and to keep students learning in the classroom. We are extremely disappointed that Minister Sean Fraser would risk national unity and a foundational principle of our constitution by attempting to attack the use of the notwithstanding clause by sovereign provincial governments.

Dictators know that hale and hearty non-state institutions (church, family, etc.) are the greatest threat to the realization of their totalizing vision. Any sphere of authority operating outside the state must be destroyed … which means destroying the truth that formed them in the first place. This explains why our current government is so bent on establishing pluralism as a fundamental Canadian principle. It is the ultimate disintegrative agent. If all “truths” are valid, than no truth is valid. … And you can’t build something on nothing.

Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

@Keanuthec4t @shovas @Dennismolin11 Lol you think the US could invade and occupy Canada with no consequences? 1. You'd have an insurgency 4 times the size of the Taliban who look and sound just like you on your border. 2. No one wants their kids to die invading Canada. States would secede.

I would even go so far as to say the situation brewing in Canada is worse in some ways. The reasons are because there is the political divide that is now just as bitter as in the US, but there are longstanding historical and unresolved grievances with different areas of the country. There is a new level of acrimony thanks to floor crossing, always part of the system but never abused by people to this degree, and all of this, can and likely is, being exploited by foreign adversaries thanks to neglect of national security. Add to this the deteriorating economic situation.
Dennis Molinaro 牟丹尼@Dennismolin11

Anyone in Canada who thinks political polarization is something that is only prevalent in the US is in an echo chamber and not paying attention. Canada is very, very bitterly divided along politics, age, you name it. There are many angry people in their camps and tribes.

There are gay desisters like there are trans desisters Their stories often share the same trauma or mental illness elements Every time the full story is made known, we find trauma or mental health issues present Brutal conversion therapy is one thing But in Canada legitimate orientation therapy is criminalized even if the person wants it How do I know? My church funded an organization that helped gay men with exactly that. When Canada banned pro-hetero orientation therapy (but notably not conversion therapy to anything else), they had to move to the US. Just like detrans need support, so too do those who want to deal with and move beyond their sexuality confusion.

Never forget how the puberty suppression experiment began. In 1988, the Dutch published a follow-up study of the first wave of adult men to embark on the “sex reassignment” experiment. The men said they had no regrets, but were unhappy with the cosmetic outcome due to a “never disappearing masculine appearance.” That’s where the idea to block puberty came from. Adult men were unhappy because they didn’t look like women, so the Dutch decided to intervene earlier, before the irreversible surge of testosterone at male puberty. It's also safe to assume that the majority of those men were autogynephilic, meaning their desire to become women had an erotic motivation. In other words, the experiment to turn adult men into the object of their own sexual desire failed, but instead of hanging up their lab coats and ending the mad endeavour, the Dutch turned their attention to innocent children — most of whom would have just grown up to be gay if given the time to mature and develop.

@_CryMiaRiver @SemanticSheriff The other thing is your admittedly great idea about a social contagion would have to apply to homosexuality Because the rise of trans identifiers would shift onto a rise in homosexuality How could homosexuality rise that far that fast? Same as trans, it's a social contagion

In the same way there's no trans kids, there's no gay kids, either, they're just kids. Kids who are confused about their sex or orientation have been confused by adults, and should be left alone until older. Or, if they're seriously having issues at that age about sex/orientation, they need mental health support not enablement, so they have the time to understand how they've been shaped by adults. If they still think their trans or gay in their teenage years, some kind of trauma is inevitably present: Abuse, neglect, absentee parents, mental illness, etc. Every time we really look, it's there. This is the tell we should not be enabling children who are confused about sex or orientation. It's an adult triggered confusion when present in children. The second thing is that by shifting the frame to 'they're gay not trans', gay being considered an innate identity these days, we still have the problem of Tavistocks, or parent-student secrecy, or anti conversion therapy laws, etc. You've just moved the ideology over to orientation and then that becomes sacred because 'identity is sacred' in modern life. Imagine your own young children being groomed at school with Pride activist teachers who convince them they're really gay when their just insecure in themselves.. It's the same problem as trans. Bottom line, it's what we've always said, leave the kids alone.
