The place I worked a few years ago got tagged with a big “FUCK YOU” right by the entrance and the owner sent our manager out to clean it off but he didn’t do a very good job cus it’s still dark and you can still kinda make out the words lol

What is it with boomers and waterfronts that get them so riled up? This is like the 4th video I’ve seen of an old guy getting violent near one.

It's a uniquely fat American mindset to try to manifest weight loss exclusively by doing/consuming things that look outwardly healthy (chia seeds, giant water bottle, walking on the treadmill, ridiculous looking green smoothies) without having to sacrifice stuffing their fucking faces 24/7.
They'll contort themselves into the most absurd routines, checking off their laundry list of tiny health rituals throughout the day, and they'll do it for months on end without complaint. But tell her to just eat half of that - once a day - and she would think you were insane or suicidal. "That's impossible! I'm not trying to kill myself!"

This same person reveals what she actually eats in a day, and (spoiler alert) it’s basically an entire day’s worth of food by 11am: 22oz container full of chia pudding ~ 1,300-1,500 kcal Olipop Shirley Temple = 40 kcal 22oz container full of protein pancakes with maple syrup and berry compote (if using lean mix like kodiak + egg whites) ~ 750-850 kcal Chomps Turkey Stick = 80 kcal “Sweet potato bowl” (not shown on camera, so hard to estimate, but her style seems to be “health food” + dressings and sweeteners) ~ 800 kcal

This comment thread is interesting. A nation divided over whether voluntary troops are truly protecting their country from foreign occupation (basically a settled debate over here since GWoT), while the government itself lets the real invaders in by the millions, with open arms and a monthly stipend.
If they truly cared about protecting their country, they'd be better served hanging all of their top politicians and overthrowing the state immediately. Like I said just fascinating stuff.
