Today is my birthday. 🎂 Exactly 3 years ago, on another birthday…..I sat in a doctor’s office looking at a liver ultrasound. Grade 2 fatty liver. Borderline markers across the board. 94kg. The doctor said: lifestyle change or medication. I was a food scientist who didn’t understand his own body. That birthday was the lowest point. This birthday is a different story. 72kg. Liver completely clear. Energy better than my 30s. Every health marker normal. No medication. No supplements. No shortcuts. Just food science applied to my own life …early dinners, a 14-hour overnight fast, daily walks, & fixing the gut microbiome that was silently driving everything. Three years. One decision. Everything changed. Today I am also making a public commitment: 2,500 followers on X by the end of this birthday week. I am currently at 2215. If this story resonated with you, follow @BasharatDar_R for healthy lifestyle tips & share this with one person whose health markers concern you. That is the only birthday gift I need. #Birthday #FattyLiver #GutHealth #GutMicrobiome #IndianHealth
