In a six-month span, @SouthwestAir took away my pitch track. Will I still fly with them? Sure; they have a major hub in my city. But they’ve ended my brand enthusiasm.

Overnight, @southwestair removed the “bags fly free” promo posters on their jet bridges.

@SouthwestAir Should just rename your "wanna get away" fare to "middle seats only lol"

@SouthwestAir Open seating is the main reason that Southwest has been my default choice of airlines for over 20 years. Assigned seating means that Southwest moves from top of my list, to just another option among many. Disappointing.
