First @marksandspencer cafe is losing customers with their order screens, and now they’re putting GF scones on toy plates… how am I meant to cut and butter this on this plate?! It’s the same size as the scone!!!

I also miss the option of Flora spread with my scone, I don’t really like butter…

@f1autocentres trying to order tyres from you and have a discount code, but can’t see anywhere to put the code in at any point in the checkout process… am I being blind? Please help!

Did anyone else just get a second Emergency Alert test come through at 4am? 4 iPhones in our house and only one went off… not a nice wake up! Luckily it didn’t wake the toddler! #EmergencyAlerts

Hi @vuecinemas can you explain why this was listed when I looked on Thursday but I went to book it today and no sign of it? I’ve now got a very upset 3 year old 😢

And now trying to book to see Thomas the Tank Engine at @ShowcaseCinemas but the website crashed and now it’s locked us out of booking for 30 minutes as we took too long… not us, the website crashed!!! Toddler even more unhappy now!!!

Hi @Debenhams I think you need to make your emails clearer when only part of an order has been dispatched… I didn’t notice the different statuses in the black bars until after I found only have one item in my delivery. I also doubt I’ll have the second pair in 5 days from order.

Was fed up with previous pharmacy taking ages when I go to collect so thought I’d try @BootsUK in Chineham, but they’re so much worse! “Closed for lunch” while 3 member of staff working, didn’t have it, text 2 days later to say it was in but not there! Won’t be going back.

@BootsHelp And I note, no apology for the appalling service I have received. I won’t be shopping at boots through choice again.

@BBC Did you know that your new Weather app logo reverts to the old one when in a folder on an iPhone? When you go into the folder you get the new one, but zoomed out it’s the old one 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am fed up of asking for a book when we seldomly get a #HappyMeal from @McDonaldsUK and always getting a toy! Why ask if you’re just going to ignore us, and give us a toy anyway? This is the third time, don’t think we’ll bother with McDonald’s for quick dinner in the future.
