ive obviously never been to a film festival but when they’re talking about these 5 or 10 minute standing ovations are they lying? surely anything longer than 90 seconds would have your hands off. also just so boring as well clapping and clapping and clapping. i need to know

@LNER Thanks for your flexibility - there is literally an unused ticket we forgot to change because of a medical situation. We use LNER all the time so some leniency would have been welcomed

@sianwatson Advance tickets can only be used on the services booked Sian, they are not valid on any other service.

@LNER hi there - my mum couldn’t travel due to a medical situation and hasn’t used her ticket today, is there a way she can travel tomorrow instead?

@LNER And if it had but the ticket hadn’t been used? She literally wants to travel a day later and the ticket hasn’t been scanned so you can tell it hasn’t been used

@sianwatson You would need to amend the ticket from your point of purchase Sian, as long as the booked service has not departed.

I absolutely hate VAR more than anything else in the world. I never really celebrate goals the same way I used to, always a bit hesitant on the terraces to go nuts. The sport has actively introduced something that has tampered with the single more important part of being a fan.
