@EE why can't I or my family make or receive phone calls with or without WiFi calling enabled? Is there an issue with the service?

@bt_uk Absolutely nothing, Laura. Connectivity dropped and when I tried to log into the router I found my admin password had changed. That altered me. Then got blocked with error about more than 100 sessions.

@sibex We wouldn't be able to pinpoint the cause of this I'm afraid. Did anything happen within your home set up at that time that may have caused a factory reset? ^LauraG

@bt_uk Router showing many watchdog resets. Time resets to 8th June! Happened several times around 1pm. What is the cause please?

@sibex Sorry about this. Any updates are usually done over night. If you log in to the hub manager, you can check whether there was an update by going to the Technical Log. ^LauraG

@Google latest update has stopped Assistant working. No OK Google recognition. Help please.

@perlmeister1l Tried all that. Now can't even retrain voice model as it is greyed out. All since updated Google app. Definitely the update that's done it.
