U.S. Central Command
At 5 p.m. ET today, U.S. Central Command forces began launching more strikes against Iran to continue degrading their ability to attack civilian mariners and commercial ships freely transiting the Strait of Hormuz. The Commander in Chief has directed the strikes to hold Iranian forces accountable.

@Konged0x @ShawnMo44112264 @CENTCOM Then stop using collateral damage as a negative when another country has to step in and do what the citizens of the country won't. A whole lot less death for women and girls from USA than Iran itself, so show some respect for U.S soldiers giving Iranian women a chance at freedom

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
While survivors often carry trauma responses, they also develop strengths that many people don’t see at first glance. Here are some positive traits common in survivors of narcissistic abuse: 💪 Deep empathy – heightened ability to understand and feel what others are going through. Resilience – an inner toughness that comes from surviving prolonged adversity. Strong intuition – finely tuned radar for dishonesty, manipulation, and hidden agendas. High emotional intelligence – awareness of their own emotions and others’, even if they struggle with trusting it at first. Compassion – often go out of their way to comfort and support others. Creativity – many survivors channel their pain into art, writing, music, or problem-solving. Authenticity – once they break free, they often reject fake personas and embrace their real selves. Courage – leaving or standing up to a narcissist requires enormous bravery. Determination for healing – they often dive deep into self-growth, psychology, and recovery. Protectiveness of others – especially vulnerable people, children, or anyone being mistreated. Ability to see through masks – hard to fool them once they’ve recognized manipulative tactics. Inner strength – often underestimated, but survivors learn they can endure and rise again. So while the scars are real, survivors often emerge with a mix of wisdom, empathy, and inner power that others can’t fake. 🙏🏼💛💪

Why do people put these things on their cars? This is an average sized sedan. Not really a mad max road warrior vehicle.

This is a really bad tweet. You don't know what a real shitshow looks like. Try living in my country which is Canada, or the UK, or Germany, France, Spain, Australia, Italy....you get the picture. Every day we're losing more of our freedoms, safety, and personal wealth while migrants from cultures that hate us are encouraged to keep coming in as our governments shower them with extra rights, benefits, and protections. Canada's in a recession and our prime minister just announced he wants to align more closely with the EU to pursue that glorious new world order the Davos elite have been pushing for years. Bye bye national sovereignty. The U.S. is far from perfect and God knows, either is Trump, but he loves America and her people, and he fights for you every damned day. You should get down on your knees and thank God that at this moment in time, you're an American.

I hate to break it to you - but the United States is an absolute, incoherent shitshow. The idea that we have ‘representative government’ is ridiculous. If that were true we would not have wasted billions killing Iranians for no reason at all. Some people wanted this - but the voters who elected this government did not. Let’s go further. When Trump goes to China - he brings our ‘great billionaires’ with him. I can’t think of any more obvious symbol that we live in an oligarchy that does everything it can to manipulate outcomes - and that voting is a bit of a joke. It’s like he’s bringing with him ‘the ruling elite.’ Because that is what he did. We have at least 40 million illegal aliens living here. Our business ‘leaders’ engineered this by bribing politicians to keep the border open - because they wanted to pay low wages and make mucho $$ for themselves. When people objected because their incomes were falling - the business leaders accused them of racism and funded Barack Obama to become POTUS. The USA is $40 trillion in debt - and no one has a plan to solve that problem. Absolutely no one. This will blow up one day - and it will destroy normal people who save in dollars - because the unspoken plan is to destroy the currency and save the rich and destroy the rest. But people who own our homes - like Blackstone or Blackrock - won’t care because their assets will follow inflation. Everyone else will be reduced to paupers renting from them - their bank accounts gone. The United States today is hopelessly dysfunctional. It lacks a coherent population that can even agree on anything. It is bankrupt - but the rest of the world is propping it up because they are also scared of what happens when the dollar collapses. It doesn’t have any smart leaders - and we have to watch insiders doing oil trades to make $$ on the Iran war - and the administration itself sells shit coins. Our foreign policy is a total joke - not strategic in any way at all. It is driven by special interests, and then not even followed through. And people are actuality making money on it - pump and dump coming straight from the White House. This is a hell of a way to celebrate 250 Years! At least we can have a cage match on the White House lawn that degrades our entire history and underscores just how bad and ridiculous things are! Thank you for your attention to this matter! Enjoy the circus! If you’re lucky you will be dead when the music stops!

@FischerKing64 @minoantiddyfan Not on social media using the verbiage you did. You do far more harm to the larger cause when you do. Hold a Spaces. Write a blog. But never make the mistake of helping the Left as you just did. Bright, stable people don’t do that, so I was very surprised that you did.

@PogasicJim @FischerKing64 I don’t think it’s going to continue indefinitely. The zealots’ bark is worse than their bite (compare their threats ahead of Trump’s strikes last Wednesday to what they actually did), and they still face the temporal pressures of making payroll, etc.

Trump has said we are close to a deal with Iran at least 38 times. If you still believe every claim from Trump on Iran you are beyond help. Seek help anyway. Miracles do happen. x.com/i/grok/share/d…

Restlessness drives us to a breaking point: we no longer want tools demanding our attention, but tools letting us be present to Reality. We need a curated silence so profound that slowness is our only remaining option. Is it possible to be a contemplative in an instant world?

Thank you. It sure would be nice if more people would actually go look at facts and statistics, rather than simply jumping onto social media trends of half truths and misleading partial data that feed and stoke their own biases. The old saying, A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes, is more real today than ever before, in the era of social media.
