Exactly. Israel is guilty of the very things we also do to them, and others of our supposed "allies". No more, no less.
As evil and disgusting as pedophilia is, the Epstein situation has been intentionally blown up into a political weapon, when he was in no way the only one doing that stuff, including our own intelligence agencies, and he's being used as a major distraction from the same corruption still happening today. Making Israel the boogeyman plays right into the narrative of the Jew haters, and the ideologies that believe the nation of Israel doesn't deserve to exist, and they all should be wiped out.

I think it's pretty clear what it was, based on his repeated nay votes against any financial or military assistance going to Israel in the past few years. Massey has been consistent about no votes regarding foreign aid to most countries, in general, no matter the circumstances. However, his rhetoric regarding Israel specifically has definitely been notched up in the recent past, which has led to much more direct opposition to him, and led both moderates and anti-semites to find him more polarizing than he used to be. He's in a situation of his own making, and he's guilty of misleading/misinterpreting the circumstances, just like his primary opponent is.

There's a whole list of talking points the left uses for exactly that purpose, the problem is that there's no actual proof of them, only partial statements that would be destroyed by hearing the entire quote. The willfully ignorant left lemmings don't care about evidence and proof, as long as what they hear strokes their bias right.
