@virginmedia ordered wifi 2 wks ago. Tracking still says it will be delivered on Dec 4th. Was asked to stay home until 10pm to receive it, nothing. Was then told it would be a 48-72h delay. Still nothing. Was then told it was a Yodel issue. Yodel say they never received anything.

@YodelOnline My delivery is over 1 week late. I have no status update when I track the package. Your helpline is closed, and I have tried using live chat twice in two days, and noone has responded after over 24 hours. The chat is then automatically closed. Disgraceful service.

@ElectricIreland Absolutely outrageous that once I reach the end of a 49 minute call queue, I get reset back to a 45 minute wait time. That is absolutely ridiculous- sort yourselves out please.
