Having a 1 hour+ commute is never worth it. I don't care how much extra money you earn or how many podcasts you listen to on the way. Spending such a significant portion of your life simply going to and from work is a waste of life.

Education for kids is becoming way beyond expensive! My daughter is now in LKG. Her fees are already 60k+. When I thought this was high for kg level education, her primary schooling fees are over 2 lakhs now. By the time she gets to her 1st standard, I guess fees could be 2.5 L!
