Please note that, as previously communicated by our support team via email, the deposit was not credited because an incorrect coin was sent.
Deposits can only be successfully credited when the exact coin and the corresponding network displayed in the app are used. As clearly stated in the app, sending a different coin or using an unsupported network will result in the permanent loss of funds. Unfortunately, in such cases, recovery of the deposit is not possible.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
