The worst part is that someone from @thesouledstore had the audacity to call and promise they would deliver by today, which I knew instantly was bs. I asked them to send this in writing over email, which obviously did not happen.

Ordered from The Souled Store on March 11. Shipment has been sitting at Shadowfax's Mumbai DC since March 12 , more than 8 days, zero movement, zero communication. I have to travel on March 22, needed the order before that. Got a verbal promise of delivery by March 20. Never came. Now they're ignoring the emails as well. This is totally unacceptable
