I want it to be very, very, very clear: I do not want to trade Giannis Antetokounmpo. I still think the Bucks have the necessary assets now or in the summer to make a significant move and to continually overhaul, fix up the roster in the margins. Trade Rumors, Etc point it to being over (we’ll see how it tracks) and the appropriate basketball-discussion amidst that situation will follow suit too.

The NBA-Season isn’t over yet and we’ve still got the NBA-Playoffs incoming, but a couple of +Free Agents I’m intrigued with regarding landing destinations or tryouts this Summer League are S. Lundy & O. Moore. Interested in if teams will give them a platform to earn a contract.

Maybe keep this in mind moving forward? They initially tried him out in the league before pivoting to another player [Bolden]. [Bucks] have also previously held Will Barton as a plausible option at G/Wing. Idk: The Bucks have more immediate fixes at G/Wing, Wing/Forward Depth.

@SterlingShowTV From what I remember of his game he was a guy in that Guard-Wing Category that could be used on the basketball and has some scoring juice to him (combo, driving). On-Ball defense and steals-generation was nice, too. Will Barton was my player-template for Omari Moore.

Oh: Interesting. G/Omari Moore has as of late apparently been generating some NBA-Interest (once again). The former UDFA-Talent had been a pickup and a short-term investment on a 2-Way Contract (Summer/Preseason) for Milwaukee, then a Raptors 905 Player afterwards during the 2023-24 Season. He’s played overseas since that limited stint in the league as a UDFA-Talent. He’s negotiating an NBA-Out Clause on his next overseas deal per the report ⬇️:

📝🔜 Omari Moore extenderá su contrato una temporada más en el que incluye una cláusula de salida a NBA hasta mediados de julio Si el base encontrase equipo en la NBA antes de la fecha podría desvincularse de Valencia Basket, por lo que el club tendría tiempo de buscar recambio.

Urbonas informa de que Omari Moore renovará un año más con Valencia Basket con una cláusula de salida a NBA hasta mediados de julio. Así si Moore encontrase equipo antes de esa fecha en la NBA podría desvincularse del VBC y el equipo tendría tiempo de buscar recambio.

Omari Moore was definitely a fun player on the margins and had moments in Bucks Summer League. Honestly, good for him in shaping up and carving out his basketball overseas to keep the NBA/League interested in him years later.

@Sunk345 The Wing-Defender has been such a miscalculated liability on the roster for so long, but they’ve tried out some guys. Livingston, Beauchamp, Umude, and Andre Jackson Jr of the recent bunch. It is a shame, man. It has directly limited our team’s competitive-ceiling.

The overreaction when the Bucks acquired +Grayson Allen by a vast majority of folks was always truly hilarious to me: We had added a good player and folks let emotions and likability impact analysis. I got tired of Grayson having to be the “wing”-defender and I hated his approach to our demise in the playoffs but loved his addition/impact for them.
