@AmazonHelp @amazon I ordered several Echo Show 5 devices with guaranteed delivery today. No warning. No email. No explanation. Suddenly, the delivery date is changed to January 13. These were Christmas / Three Kings gifts. So yes, the timing matters. A lot. Delays happen — I get that. What’s unacceptable is changing the delivery date unilaterally, at the last minute, and pretending that’s normal. People choose Amazon because they trust delivery promises. When those promises vanish without notice, so does the trust. Disappointed is an understatement. Waiting for an explanation — and a solution.
