Hockey players *should* talk about playing fewer games, tbh. All team sports should. We're overworking elite athletes, which is why we're seeing the increasing injuries and fatigue that we do despite advancements in sports science. Recovery time is important

@Charlygotyou Yes and i lived in the sticks with no street lights. We basically had to be within hearing distance of my mom yelling out the back door that dinner was ready or it was time to come in for the night. We had 10 minutes to show up at the house after the yell.

@skydolla_ @QuisqueyanoMMA My son and I say the same thing. We barely notice the breaks when at a live event but sit and get bored while watching on TV. The Strickland-ddp scuffle happened at our last event, so that helps also.

I disagree. I like dedicating my Saturdays watching fights. It would be better if there was less downtime in between fights tho

@JamesAFurey In college I once had 6 groups across 4 classes (1 class having 3 groups at the same time). The teachers claimed it was real world. They claim a real world experience but failing to realize that different class/work/social schedules made this impossible to manage.

Group projects are bunk. They're unfair to students, as one or two always end up doing the lion's share of the work. And they're often an excuse for teachers to do less work while the clock ticks down on the year. And it's much easier to grade 5 group projects than 25 individual assignments.

@Espngreeny Give a prospective coach 2 options. 1. Coach the jets 2. Coach the steelers. 10/10 take the steelers because the jets are where careers go to die. Also, Golic carried mike and mike.

The #Steelers coaching job is attractive for one reason, the proven patience of the organization. The roster, quarterback, overpriced defense, and unrealistic expectations (no one would’ve won a playoff game with this team) make this among the least desirable of the openings.
