@ContactHaringey hi yesterday I bought 7 one day permits & the transaction went through, the payment was taken & a receipt emailed, but the permits weren't applied to my account. I've contacted them via contact us, but no reply. Any other options than a chargeback?

@thetrainline Hi thanks for that, unfortunately that doesn't work, as I'd like to know how much is due after refunds before I confirm to times. Is there no way I can give you times & dates for prices, alternatively can't you just fix the site, so I can make the changes online

@thetrainline Hi. you past 'Change date/time', select both outbound & inbound, pick the date (Jan in my case), then Search times and Prices. The next page is the error message
@BradleyCooley6@WWEUK Ridiculous, I might look at the reselling sites the morning of the show, occasionally you'll find a genuine seller, not a scalpers, who can't go for real reasons. But that's the only way now
