@O2 Support would be ensuring that you read the notes on your system and refund what you said you would, instead of serving me a default notice and ruining my credit. I will not be paying the default as you should have refunded. Remove from my credit file.

@O2 your staff can’t seem to get it right no matter who you go through to - make sure you remove the default off my account as I have fully paid everything owed! Disgraceful, especially during these unprecedented times. Wish I wasn’t contracted with you.

@O2 mistake after mistake - and sad to say I’ve recently upgraded so will have to be with you for 2 years. You have sent me a default notice for an amount that YOU promised to refund on my bill - your error in the first place! Won’t be paying this, remove off my credit file - smh
