@O2 the service is operating poorly today, i still haven’t received the government text message either, understandably it will take some time to send out but it’s nearly 5pm and heard nothing
@O2 Support would be ensuring that you read the notes on your system and refund what you said you would, instead of serving me a default notice and ruining my credit. I will not be paying the default as you should have refunded. Remove from my credit file.

@O2 Stuck in Spain, impossible to contact O2 Business. International Telephone number on website disconnects. Live chat doest work. How are we suppose to contact you with telephone issues?
@O2 Been trying to top up for 2 days now. Myo2 won't accept payment from my card nor will the touch tone service on 4445. Bank says card is fine. I am at wits end. Help please
