@BritishTelecom I have a BT pole in my garden, which has damaged the ground, is stuck together with tape, and in prime location of garden. I've enquired about moving/removing, but advised I would have to pay for survey and work or accept a measly 700 wayleave to keep on property

@WeAreOpenreach Interesting that I completed the form and have been told the exact same thing that I would have to pay over £1000 (minimum) for a survey in the first instance and then pay for the work to move. This is ridiculous.
@PlayStationUK I've been locked out my account for months and can not reach playstation support. Keep getting these messages saying no agents available. This one was from a minute ago. Is it a holiday and that's why no support?

@simobear@TPExpressTrains All of other services are scheduled to run, it is just services between Preston-Edinburgh from 14:00 and Preston- Glasgow from 16:00. There is ticket easement so you may be able to travel earlier but we are advising not to travel on this route. ^Kim

@simobear Morning Simone, I would advise contacting contactless@lothianbuses.co.uk with the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card that you used or the Device/Virtual Account Number from your google/apple wallet and information about your journey, they will be able to look into this for you
@on_lothianbuses I took one bus ride from Leith Links into town and somehow I've been charged one £2 and also £4. Both payments processed in my bank and not pending. Can you resolve this error?
@OctopusEnergy I've emailed Octopus Customer enquires 3 times and had no response. I've been over charged and I can not see why. I'm in credit with your company and you took more than my set payment and more than my usage. I would like someone to contact me to explain.
