@SouthwestAir Heather in your Kansas City baggage office is absolutely the best person I have ever dealt with in customer service. After my bag came in on the wrong flight last night, she brought it to the curb for me to pickup about an hour later and was absolutely AMAZING.

@QuintonLucasKC I travel for work, so I’ll go ahead and answer… positives: it’s nice and clean. The bathrooms are great. Negatives: security is twice as long as old MCI even with TSA Pre. It has one of the longest walks from the farthest gates to the curb of any airport in the country.

@QuintonLucasKC Negatives continued: I love the emphasis on hyper local for food/refreshments, but there really is no quick grab and go for the quick business traveler. Sometimes you just need a McDonald’s burger.
