8/8 @VirginPlus @VirginPlusCare, I need this resolved. It’s been 16 days of missed appointments, broken promises, and endless apologies. Please help me get this sorted ASAP!

7/8 I’ve been a loyal @VirginPlus customer through my mother’s account at my previous address, but this experience has been a disaster. I’ve been told a technician is coming tonight, but I have little confidence it’ll happen. Frustrating to say the least. 😠

1/8 I ordered an internet & TV plan from @VirginPlus on Sept 5 (Order: BHGT32B4). It was a great deal—gigabit internet + TV, discounted with my phone plan. I initially booked installation for Sept 21 so I could discuss the plan with my family.

Unless the winds of change blow in my favor, I see myself standing at a crossroads, ready to bid adieu to my current plan and embark on a quest for a provider that values customer satisfaction. (7/7)

This paradoxical puzzle, their flawed system, leaves me equal parts bewildered and disappointed. It's a jigsaw where no pieces fit together, an unsolvable riddle of poor customer service. (6/7)

It appears I'm part of a growing chorus, disheartened by the inefficiencies of Likewize and @RogersHelps. Picture this: I'm a one-man show, running a social media management business where my phone is not just a gadget, but my veritable bread and butter. (1/7)

@CRTCeng I hope you figured out how to keep all this unnecessary spam call from happening. It's causing my mom so much stress that it's affecting her mental health.

@Uber_Support I'm noticing a far more slower experience getting a ride from you guys compared to your competitor. I was trying to get a ride at 1055 Canadian place Mississauga and it told me it'll take 10 mins to get ride. Cancelled it & used your competitor it took them a 1 min
