@O2 why am I paying for a service that I am not getting. ? I have 3 mobiles in the house & it’s gone from poor signal to non existent. Seems to be everywhere. Been with O2 for over 25 years think it’s time for a change.

@KingKabsChester when I book a taxi I expect the driver to know where I am going not drive me round in a circle back to where I got picked up from after they asked for my post code. Might as well drove home myself after having to direct driver at every junction.

@WrenKitchens when you wait in all day for a no show installer & are promised a phone call to explain but no one is bothered to call you back. Days work lost I just want my kitchen finished.

@unitedutilities leak reported outside my property team came to dig a hole this filled with water within 2 hours as wasn’t repaired. Truck came 3 days later & filled still leaking hole with stone then another 2 days later was covered in tarmac & still water leaking. WHY?
