@WeTransfer Thanks for the reply. When I click 'Contact Support', it just brings up the chat window and I'm unable to find the answer I require through the bot assistance. Can I send an email from somewhere? Or can I chat directly to a human assistant?

@WeTransfer Are you having issues with Customised Backgrounds for pro users at the moment? I can't seem to upload a custom background to a new transfer, nor can I see ANY of the custom backgrounds associated with past transfers.
