@GailSimone It’s a fun film but it needs to make another 200 million. Suspect marvel might need to start making cheaper films. Maybe figure out a way to pump out more soap opera and exorcise some to the more expensive scenes

@MarkBrooksArt I think Dr Pym might be my favourite version and great to see your version. Pym as a super scientist where his inventions are front and centre rather than brute force was a great idea. Englehart also gave him a good redemptive arc

@MonarchDafey This thread has made me realise i think I jumped off spider-man as a regular read in 2000…. 25 years ago feels crazy. It was basically when they brought Aunt May back and shortly before JMS.

The death of Aunt May! May awakens from her coma and gets to spend a week with Peter before dying. She figured out MJ is pregnant without being told and tells Peter she's always known he was Spider-Man. They never should have undone this. Really well done death scene that further advances the development of Peter Parker.

Got around to watching the GW stream last night, having a live show and then a live stream is soo much better than the videos thank you for everyone responsible for changing it back. Also the extra value of questions particularly meaning there was information that wasn’t shared

@Comrade_Bullski I assume literally everyone other than Doom dies at end of this movie including the universe. Then into Secret Wars. And that cast list is only for film 1 not film 2 I think the final hurrah for Fox X men

It also leaves the door open for most of the "Avengers" to get nuked in the first movie for some kind of new team to form either in that or in Secret Wars.

With the fact there's some kind of secret reason for the asterisk in the Thunderbolts title and that the whole cast is confirmed for Doomsday I believe my initial hunch that the Tbolts movie will end with them BECOMING the new Avengers team is accurate. Happened in Dark Reign!
