As some of our users have seen SimpleCommands is beginning the transition to LiveKey! iOS users can download LiveKey starting today and log in with your existing SimpleCommands account. LiveKey addresses issues seen with SimpleCommands and adds an entire item sharing platform.

@simplecommands Google Assistant not voice activating MyQ function. Works fine with Alexa but have to manually activate execute in Google. Voice does nothing. Is this an API issue?

@jeffgraf Hi: Sorry for the troubles. The myq auth api has changed. We have the fix working in dev and will have the fix moved to our production servers by Mon/Tues at the latest. Thanks for your support and patience.

@simplecommands are you seeing issues with the myq service? On the app it said I had to delete and add it back. Now it won't authenticate. I can authenticate myq everywhere else except for SC.

@tennokie Hi Chris, thanks for the heads up. We have seen reports of issues linking kloee for SC with Google Home and we're trying to get to the bottom of it. We will take a look at the thread you sent and see what we can do.

@ParrotSquawk Are you android or ios? Geo fencing is not fully supported on our android platform.

@simplecommands I can't get MyQ to open or close the door based on my phone's location. I set up my home's geo-location but it doesn't open or close as I approach or leave. The size of the geo-fence is not configurable. Android 10 phone.

@simplecommands I can’t even sign up as the email process is broken. I even tried emailing confirmation but no luck. Any help

@fmorello Hi: There appear to be two accounts with emails associated with you. one is verified and one is note. If you can send an email to support@kloee.com from the email you want to use we will clean this up.

@simplecommands I can't sign up for an account, the verification e-mail is not being sent. Is this a bug that you are aware of?

@calmweather12 Hi: Sorry for the issue. We deployed a core system change on Friday that had an issue. This issue was remediated in our dev servers at 7a eastern to day and will be in our prod services by 9:30a eastern.
