I can walk into any private school in Delhi for an inspection, anytime. Every school will state it clearly on its notice board, on its website, and at any store it operates that parents are free to buy uniforms, books and stationery from anywhere. A man tried to withdraw money from sister’s bank A/C without being nominee, Bank asked for death certificate or nominee proof, as standard. Rather following process, brought her skeleton. Now whole country trolling bank staff. How Funny! No one want to follow rule or system!

@ipsvijrk @RBI What shall bank do?? Give money to any family member without due process? Rahi baat any old person unable to visit branch on medical ground, staff do visit their home for authentication. But it can not be wish list. Banks are alrdy under staffed and still doing their best.

Banks need to seriously think about their policy of calling even very old customers to banks for various purposes! Service at your doorsteps is just a slogan. Reality is different. @RBI

पूरे देश में शायद ही ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति बचा होगा जिसने कैंसर जैसी बीमारी को नजदीक से न देखा हो , क्या नेता क्या अभिनेता कोई इससे बचा नहीं है, इसके अलावा तमाम ऐसे डिसऑर्डर्स हैं जिनसे लोग डेली बेसिस में जूझ रहे हैं, डॉक्टर्स से आप कारण पूछेंगे तो वो आपको लाइफस्टाइल बोल कर आगे बढ़ जायेंगे, आज के समय में हर कोई व्यक्ति स्वयं के लिए सारे सामान नहीं बना सकते , सुबह दांतों की सफाई से लेकर रात में कुल्ला करके सोने तक हम फैक्टरीज द्वारा बनाई गई पैकेज्ड चीजों पर निर्भर हैं और हर चीज पर सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित टैक्स दे रहे हैं, हम इस भरोसे पर चल रहे हैं कि इतना टैक्स देने के बाद सरकार द्वारा संचालित एजेंसियां अपना काम बखूबी कर रही हैं और हम सही चीज़ें कंज्यूम कर रहे हैं, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं , हम इस मामले में पूरी दुनिया से काफी पीछे हैं, पूरे देश में मिलावट चरम पर है, जो भी चीजें हम सुबह से शाम तक इस्तेमाल करते हैं ,उनमें प्रिजर्वेटिव्स से लेकर खराब और खतरनाक केमिकल्स का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है, कुछ ब्रांडेड प्रोडक्ट्स को छोड़ दे तो हालत बहुत खराब है , ये काम धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है और रोज बढ़ रहा है , जहां दुनिया के कई देशों में एजेंसियां बहुत सजग होकर काम कर रही हैं, बेहतरीन से बेहतरीन गाइडलाइंस और पैरामीटर्स बना रही हैं और टेक्नोजिकली बहुत एडवांस्ड हैं,वहां FSSAI जैसी एजेंसियां केवल लाइसेंस देने में और भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हैं , आप और हम क्या बीमार होने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं? इस मामले में हम सभी को मिलकर आवाज उठानी चाहिए , खुद बीमार होने का इंतजार न करें। @fssaiindia

Ramesh Gupta died in 2019. Heart attack. 54 years old. He had a ₹50 lakh term insurance policy. Premiums paid without a single default for 11 years. His wife filed the death claim. The insurance company said: "We need to investigate." They investigated for 3 years. Kept asking for documents. She kept submitting. They kept asking for more. She couldn't pay the home loan EMI. Sold the car. Borrowed from relatives. In 2022, they finally rejected the claim. Said Ramesh had a pre-existing condition he "didn't disclose." The condition: slightly high blood pressure. Noted in a routine checkup in 2015. Never treated. Never medicated. She went to IRDAI. Then consumer court. The court said: A condition that was never treated and never affected his health cannot be used to reject a claim 11 years later. ₹50 lakh ordered paid. Plus 9% interest from 2019. Plus ₹1 lakh for mental harassment. They made a widow wait 3 years. Then rejected her. A court gave her everything back. With interest. Save this post. If an insurance claim is rejected citing "non-disclosure" — fight it. Courts have consistently ruled against insurers using minor, untreated conditions as grounds for rejection.

देश के कई बड़े बड़े अखबारों ने लिखा है कि FIR हुई है, डॉक्यूमेंट किसने लीक किए उसको ढूंढा जा रहा है, लेकिन इनमें से अभी किसी पत्रकार ने कोई कंक्रीट सवाल क्यों नहीं पूछा ? १)जो आरोप लगाए गए है वो सही हैं या गलत ? २)अगर सही है तो कार्यवाही क्यों नहीं हो रही ? ३) व्हिस्लब्लोअर प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट और मजबूत क्यों नहीं होना चाहिए ? ४)ब्यूरोक्रेट्स द्वारा शूट द मैसेंजर वाली नौटंकी कब तक चलेगी ? कोई अखबार ये सवाल क्यों नहीं पूछ रहा ?

सेंसिटिव? संस्था के भ्रष्टाचार के साक्ष्य हैं उन कागजों में। ये संवेदनशील डाकूमेंट हो गया? @narendramodi जी, आपसे बेहतर की आशा थी। संस्था के कर्मचारियों को अयोग्यता होने पर भी चयनित किया गया। क्या भारत सरकार यह चाहती है कि अयोग्य लोग ऐसी जगहों पर बैठें और समाज घटिया, कॉर्न सिरप मिले मधु को प्योर हनी ब्रांडिंग के साथ खाए, मिलावटी पनीर धड़ल्ले से बाजार में बिके, नकली दूध पी कर बच्चे मरें? मोदी जी, यह हर स्तर पर समाज के साथ छल है। डिपार्टमेंटल जाँच बिठा कर अयोग्य अधिकारी को सर्विस से, सैलरी सूद समेत वसूल कर निकाला जाए। तत्पश्चात्, जिन्होंने नियमों की अवहेलना की और फेवर किया, उन्हें जलील कर के निकाला जाए।

एक पेड कैंपेन चलवाई जा रही है कि ऑफिशियल डॉक्यूमेंट्स लीक कैसे हुए , डिपार्टमेंट्स कितनी RTI के जवाब देते हैं? हमने 500 RTI डाल रखी हैं अब तक मुश्किल से 50 का भी जवाब सही से नहीं आया है , या तो जवाब मिलता है तो आधा अधूरा , असली बात तो यही है कि देश में ट्रांसपेरेंसी क्यों नहीं है ? कैसे इन अधिकारियों की एकाउंटेबिलिटी फिक्स की जाए ? खुरपेंच टीम का उद्देश्य संवैधानिक दायरे में रहकर सिस्टम को अकाउंटेबल और ट्रांसपेरेंट बनाने का है। जय हिंद जय भारत , I LOVE MY COUNTRY MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE

FIR मुक़दमा पेशी से समस्या नहीं है, खुरपेंच टीम का एक सदस्य इसके लिए डेडिकेटेड है, हमने fssai को बहुत पहले से हिंट दे रखा है कि हम आपके विभाग के भ्रष्टाचार के विषय में जानते हैं सुधार कर लीजिए, बजाए उसको सही करने के ये लोग हमारे ऊपर कार्यवाही करने में लगे हैं। इनको ये नहीं पता कि हमारे पास अभी इनके कच्चे चिट्ठे हैं ये आए दिन FIR ही कराते घूमेंगे। इसके बाद GST विभाग की धांधली का नंबर है, रोक सको तो रोक लो।

A few weeks ago, the BMC introduced a “musical road patch” on Mumbai’s Coastal Road that plays Jai Ho when vehicles pass over it. I don't know who demanded this or what real-world problem it was meant to solve, but it has created more nuisance than value. Residents nearby have already complained of noise disrupting their sleep, prompting the BMC to barricade the stretch every night after 10 pm (7 pm as per The Hindu). Public money was spent on what is essentially a novelty (because if the intent was to alert drivers, a simple rumble strip would have sufficed), and now additional manpower will be required every night and morning just to manage the consequences of that decision. A solution nobody demanded has created a new problem that needs a further solution.
