Today I am posting four videos of a brave, courageous, common Indian woman who has gone viral across India. Why? Because she did what most of us feel… but rarely say. A political rally blocked the roads for hours. Commuters were stuck. Chaos everywhere. And this woman? She just wanted to pick up her child from school. But when patience ran out, she stepped forward. She questioned the system. She questioned politicians. She questioned the police. And she asked the most powerful question: “Who are you to block these roads? Just get out and clear them.” No slogans. No politics. Just a citizen demanding accountability. We need this courage. We need more voices like hers.Because democracy doesn’t just survive on votes , it survives on citizens who dare to ask questions. @girishdmahajan @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @Dev_Fadnavis @CMOMaharashtra @BJP4Maharashtra

Public stopped in the middle of the road so an MLA can welcome a minister with garlands. This is the level of entitlement in Indian politics. Citizens are treated like obstacles while netas turn public roads into their private stage for photo-ops. 🤡

What is a “Naked Official”? Many countries treat this as a serious corruption risk and investigate such officials. Why is such a policy not implemented in our country?

An Indian cleaning the riverbank and then dumping the same waste back into the river. If this is not the government’s responsibility to stop, then whose is it ? If no action is taken, he will keep doing the same thing again and again.

This video caught my attention a lot ! In Kozhikode, Kerala, an elderly woman confronted a scooty rider using the footpath. She blocked his way, refusing to let him pass.Rider tried to push ahead. She took out her phone, photographed the number plate.Eventually, she forced him to return to the road. Now, this is the social responsibility each one of us has to demonstrate and show if the attitude to #traffic rules has to change a little atleast. Most of us speak a lot on social media etc but when it comes to such social action, we tend to just ignore and go away! Can we do a little more, like this brave old lady , and not leave the entire thing to the #police . Your pressure itself will force the others to fall in line.Let’s follow traffic rules and make others follow it 🙏🏻

Premium apples often come with a premium price tag, but does the "Imported" label actually mean better nutrition? If you are paying more for imported apples assuming they are "healthier" than our home-grown Kashmiri or Himachali varieties, the science suggests you might be paying a premium for a less nutritious product. Here is the evidence-based breakdown: 1. The "Freshness" Gap Apples are often harvested and then kept in Controlled Atmosphere (CA) storage. While this keeps them "crunchy," it doesn't stop nutrient degradation. 🔸Vitamin C Loss: Research shows that Vitamin C is highly unstable. Apples can lose 40% to 85% of their Vitamin C content during 5–9 months of cold storage. 🔸The Travel Factor: Imported apples travel over 10,000 km to reach India, spending weeks in transit. Indian apples from the Himalayas reach your plate much faster, preserving more of their heat- and light sensitive nutrients. 2. Antioxidant Powerhouse: The Himalayan Advantage Indian apples, particularly the Royal Delicious and Starkrimson varieties from the Western Himalayas, are nutritional heavyweights. 🔸Phytochemicals: Studies on Himalayan apples have found high concentrations of phloridzin, quercetin, and catechin-powerful antioxidants that support heart health and help regulate blood sugar. 🔸Skin Health: The deep red colour of many Kashmiri/Himachali apples is a sign of high anthocyanin content, which helps fight oxidative stress. 3. The Hidden Cost: "Food Miles" When you buy imported, you are not just paying for the fruit; you are paying for the massive carbon footprint of long-distance shipping. 🔸Environmental Impact: Importing fruit that is already grown in abundance locally is one of the biggest contributors to unnecessary "food miles." 🔸Support Local: Choosing Himachal or Kashmir apples directly supports Indian farmers and the local economy, ensuring that the "premium" you pay actually helps the community rather than just logistics companies. The Bottom Line: An apple a day is great, but a fresh, local apple is even better. Don't let the shiny wax and "imported" sticker fool you; the real nutrition is in the hills of Himachal and the valleys of Kashmir. #EatLocal #VocalForLocal #NutritionFacts #KashmiriApples #HimachalApples #HealthyLiving Dr Sudhir Kumar @hyderabaddoctor

There is no way to connect Croma support. AI gives to limited option of only track order or raise request to which you don’t get any callback or response even after one week. Never expected such pathetic services from Croma.

Dear @narendramodi ji, Why this drama? Why is the Delhi CM coming on the road to clean a divider with so many cameras? Is this really required in 2025? Cleaning is important I agree. But why the CM personally comes to clean the road is beyond my understanding. Is she trying to impress the voters? Please instruct your team to silently work on clean air, pure water & better infrastructure in Delhi sir. These kinds of stunts won't be long lasting anymore. We respect your work and these dramas will backfire big time. Let the team work on making Delhi breathable. People will bless with their votes. On behalf of Delhi tax payers, #FI
