मेरा नाम अनुभव त्रिपाठी है और मैं उत्तर प्रदेश के एक छोटे से गांव लिलौली से संबंध रखता हूं। हमारी SBI बैंक शाखा मंधाता में है। आज मैं अपने परिवार के साथ हुए एक ऐसे अनुभव को साझा कर रहा हूं जिसने हमें अंदर से तोड़ दिया। करीब 2 साल पहले मेरे पिता जी का फोन बाजार में खो गया था। उस फोन में मेरी माता जी का SBI बैंक अकाउंट फोनपे से लिंक था। कुछ ही समय बाद किसी अनधिकृत व्यक्ति ने अकाउंट एक्सेस करके लगभग ₹97,000 की राशि अलग-अलग ट्रांजैक्शन में किसी अज्ञात अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर कर दी। रकम लगभग ₹30,000-₹30,000 के हिस्सों में भेजी गई थी। हमने तुरंत कार्रवाई की: • SBI बैंक को सूचना देकर अकाउंट फ्रीज करवाया • जिस अकाउंट में पैसा गया था उसे ब्लॉक करवाया • Cyber Fraud Portal पर शिकायत दर्ज करवाई • नजदीकी पुलिस स्टेशन में FIR दर्ज करवाई • बैंक मैनेजर को सभी रिकॉर्ड और प्रमाण दिए सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह थी कि जिस व्यक्ति के अकाउंट में पैसा गया था, उसने खुद कहा कि पैसा उसके Airtel अकाउंट में गया है और अकाउंट खुलवाने पर वह पैसा वापस कर देगा। इसके बावजूद बैंक ने कोई सहायता नहीं की और पैसे वापस कराने से मना कर दिया। आज 2 साल बाद भी हमें कोई न्याय नहीं मिला। उल्टा अब बैंक मैनेजर मेरे माता-पिता से कह रहे हैं कि अकाउंट दोबारा चालू करा लो और लेन-देन शुरू कर दो, नहीं तो जो बची हुई राशि है वह भी “सरकारी खाते” में चली जाएगी। एक सामान्य ग्रामीण परिवार के लिए लगभग ₹97,000 बहुत बड़ी रकम होती है। लेकिन इससे भी बड़ा नुकसान हमारे भरोसे का हुआ है। आज भी मेरे मन में सिर्फ एक सवाल है — अगर कोई व्यक्ति इतनी आसानी से फोनपे और बैंक अकाउंट एक्सेस करके पैसे ट्रांसफर कर सकता है, तो आम लोगों की मेहनत की कमाई कितनी सुरक्षित है? आज मैंने मजबूरी में अपने माता-पिता से कह दिया कि जो बची हुई राशि है उसे निकाल लें और अकाउंट बंद कर दें। क्योंकि अब हमें सिस्टम से उम्मीद कम और निराशा ज्यादा मिल रही है। सच कहूं तो हमें भाजपा सरकार और सिस्टम से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं थी। हम न्याय चाहते थे, लेकिन हमें सिर्फ इंतजार, चुप्पी और निराशा मिली। —— English Version —— My name is Anubhav Tripathi, and I belong to a small village named Lilauli in Uttar Pradesh. Our SBI bank branch is located in Mandhata. Today, I want to share an experience that has deeply affected and emotionally broken my family. Around 2 years ago, my father lost his phone in the market. That phone had my mother’s SBI bank account linked with PhonePe. Soon after, an unauthorized person accessed the account and transferred around ₹97,000 through multiple transactions to an unknown account. The amount was transferred in parts of nearly ₹30,000 each. We immediately took action: • Informed SBI Bank and got the account frozen • Requested the account receiving the money to be blocked • Filed a complaint on the Cyber Fraud Portal • Registered an FIR at the nearest police station • Submitted all records and proof to the bank manager The most shocking part was that the person whose account received the money himself admitted that the amount had gone into his Airtel account and said he would return the money if the account was reopened. Despite this, the bank refused to help us or reverse the amount. Even after 2 years, we have still not received any justice. Instead, the bank manager is now telling my parents to reactivate the account and continue transactions, otherwise the remaining balance may also be transferred to a “government account.” For a normal rural family, around ₹97,000 is a huge amount. But bigger than the financial loss is the loss of trust in the system. Even today, I have only one question: If someone can so easily access a PhonePe-linked bank account and transfer money, then how safe is the hard-earned money of ordinary people? Today, out of helplessness, I told my parents to withdraw the remaining amount and close the account because we are now receiving more disappointment than hope from the system. Honestly, we never expected this kind of response from the BJP government and the system.
