$70 for any game is criminal. I don’t care if it’s an indie game, a AAA game, a masterpiece, or the second coming of gaming itself. Seventy bucks is a lot of money. The fact that some people now treat $70 as the starting price and expect consumers to be grateful for the privilege is insane.

@kitesscythe @MidgeGames82 @realityuk @charlieINTEL I have and stuck with IPS since I do paid photo editing as well as gaming. Need a color accurate monitor, especially for blacks. OLED is obviously too "black" hence why IPS is better for my uses.

@MidgeGames82 @kitesscythe @realityuk @charlieINTEL I feel half the time people get manipulated by the term "OLED". OLED isn't bad by any stretch but it isnt the end all be all compared to IPS. Both have their strengths and weaknesses.

@kitesscythe @realityuk @charlieINTEL It’ll look better than an IPS monitor sure, that’s not difficult, but those OLED’s have awful peak brightness, they don’t look very good at all man. It’s like using your phone at 15% brightness, just looks super dull.

I played MW4 MP at IW last week. I went in expecting MWII 2.0, but was…surprised. They didn’t fuck it up. Movement is solid. Gunplay is good. Some issues with visibility & muzzle smoke. But overall… yeah. Let’s see if they stick the landing at launch.

@MarkBozon Buddy clearly hasn't used the Steam Deck properly. I use the touch pads constantly for various tasks.

Always been absolutely baffled by the lack of ergonomics with #SteamDeck, specifically around their stubbornness to keep pushing the terrible touch pads. No game out there is built with them in mind; novelty at best. But core controls are crammed to the top 30% of the unit. 🤦‍♂️

That’s the funny part 😭 The show kinda picks and chooses when Homelander’s senses work at full power. He can hear a tiny finger tap one moment, then completely miss two people hiding nearby the next. You can explain it with zinc blocking him or him being distracted, but honestly… part of it is just plot convenience.
