Does your food diary look a bit like this? Monday to Thursday : Filled in Full Friday: Breakfast done, rest blank Saturday and Sunday: Blank Wonder why your not seeing results?

@GaryUsher_ Our hotel and restaurant has been dog friends for 5 years and it’s had a positive effect on the business. You get the odd one person who doesn’t like it but realistically you shouldn’t trust someone who doesn’t like dogs !!🤣
