@site_team This is a temporary issue that the engineers are working on resolving, for now you can either continue to use QuickBooks on an incognito window or turn off the extension - this is up to you. :) Thanks, ^TI

@QuickBooksUK Trying to log into the desktop site and seeing "Oops, something went wrong" repeatedly. Are you having technical issues?

@QuickBooksUK Hi, that's solved the issue, thank you. Until now Rapport hasn't interfered with Quickbooks; is this a temporary issue or will it be permanent from now on? We use it as another means of security for sensitive data.

@site_team This is being caused by a third party extension called, "IBM Security Trusteer Rapport" which is blocking QuickBooks Online login attempts. Please could you try logging in on an incognito window and let us know if this allows you into the account? Thanks, ^TI
