Funny thing about this chocolate Pu-erh tea? Zero crash. Had all sort of caffeine supps. Have even used this tea in the past but now for some reason I'm not crashing off of it. Interesting.

Absolutely hideous attempt at pesto gnocchi. But very promising depth of flavor. Made with Basil and Wild Bergamot from my garden, and toasted walnuts. Needs a little parmesan for umami next time. Pine nuts prob better also. Open to tips on making it less fugly. Blanching?
