@CLTAirport Guess I'll be seeing the sunrise from this airport in the morning as our plane sat on T tarmac for an hour, causing us to miss our connection. Customs agent put us in the wrong line then security took forever. So many opportunities for CLT to do better. So disappointed.

@AmericanAir, why insist the short connection through CLT to DFW is a "legal connection" when you do nothing to help all the passengers scrambling to make the flight after being held on the tarmac? Signed, sitting here because you took off with a ton of empty seats.
