@MorrisBubba @JordanSolace I am sayin that is the high end. My point is it's not more than that. Could be lower but by how much? 10% in q2 they balmed a shortfall in q1 I think over low dollar stuff. It all evens out and doesnt support 800m shares at a high price is my point

@EOSEtohell You have to expect between 60 and 70m imo. 164 days of the year = 114m = 57m in q2 plus 15 days more

$EOSE As a short seller, I’m hoping it comes in below $50M.

@MrNotAdvice The company can do well going forward but the market cap probably is hard to maintain when multiplying by 800M. If you work there you may look at top line and pat yourself on the back. But... at what cost to all who made that happen?

3. The PERCEPTION today is largely negative surrounding $EOSE - This current perception is too negative and not connected to the actual structural changes occurring with $EOSE - No good news (Frontier Power etc.) is being viewed without doubt and negativity.

@skaff_f @MrNotAdvice They were talking about production, and unfortunately production does not necessarily correspond to revenue recognized, otherwise $EOSE could guide quarterly. Not saying your numbers won't end up being right, but it's not as cut and dry as you make it seem. I wish it were...

$EOSE PERSPECTIVE: Personally, I remain long until such time that new data comes out from the company that their scaling and buildout is in trouble. Recent capital commitments from institutions as well as other positive changes leads me to believe that while it might take longer than I want, the company is NOT in danger of failing. Welcome to small cap trading folks - follow the news not the noise.

The most telling part is the admission that Stifel hasn't even begun to model the actual economics of the joint venture: "In a vacuum the share count has a dilutive impact, although we are working to calibrate the potential positive impact on EOSE from its ownership in FPUSA."

Day 5 of asking @PoweredByEos to release primary revenue ASAP $EOSE I’ve made a decision: I will sell before July 15 if there’s no update.

Bitcoiners agree on the 99% that matters. We shouldn’t let the 1% divide us while nearly all global capital has yet to enter Bitcoin’s monetary network. The opportunity is bigger than the argument.

@mymorristribe It was fortunate the price was so high the last time they raised or they would need many more shares. Unfortunate they dont even have enough for current commitments. This is non stop business so broker non votes cannot benefit. Must be a yes vote to count.

$EOSE Alright people, just hold your nose today and vote for the extra shares. In the end, it will probably be a massive win--but even if things don't work out according to the pipe dreams of 2023, this is still the lesser of the two evils. Get it done. All my 260k shares--FOR.
