@AmazonHelp Have you tried dealing with your customer service lately? I was charged for an item that was returned and it has been an absolute nightmare get you guys to refund back. Your agents write scripted responses like robots and are extremely rude. Such a low grade service

@AmazonHelp Just like one of your agents blamed it on my email when they could not explain why I was getting messages from amazon that my emails could not be delivered. Later it was discovered that you did get the emails and those messages from amazon were false. You are just clueless

@AmazonHelp Your agent promised to investigate and get back in 1 - 2 hours and not it is almost 8 hours. This is the level of garbage that goes on at amazon. I cannot believe the drop in the standards.

@AmazonHelp When I called, an agent confirmed that they have the incident report but she rejected it because I put UPS Pick-up instead of UPS Drop-Off. She just kept talking and asked me to resend the incident report and then just hung-up over this

@AmazonHelp They asked me to email the incident report and when I send the email, I get a response back saying that the email could not be delivered. And your agent puts the blame on my email id. They are like the issue is on my end and I should try after 24 hours
