Hello @TradersYard can you please provide explanation on this issue the trader @skillo42 consistently contacting regarding this issue, your attentions needed here. The platform failed during a stop loss event. Price updated normally every 100ms, then blacked out for 1.29 seconds while price moved $0.98. Updates resumed at 100ms. The broker claims slippage, but logs show no proof the price hit the stop loss during the blackout. Gold is highly liquid; a $1 move without quotes is suspicious. The trader also failed to close the position manually. The broker admitted a frontend display issue but refused compensation. The trader acted in good faith with proper risk management. The loss resulted from platform failure, not trader error. All events are documented.

At TradersYard, transparency is one of our core values. When allegations are made publicly, it is important that the full context, complete history, and supporting facts are presented rather than selective information. Account History and Previous Support Before discussing the final trade, it is important to understand the history of this account: •We have never denied a legitimate payout to this user. •A significant portion of the payouts previously received by this user came from complimentary giveaway-funded accounts provided free of charge. •On multiple occasions, after valid rule violations, we granted free account resets as a gesture of goodwill to support the trader. •Following a later account breach, when further free resets were no longer appropriate, the user's conduct became increasingly hostile. This included repeated accusations, threats toward staff members, attempts to pressure support teams over several months, and disruptive behavior within our Discord community, which ultimately resulted in a permanent ban for violating community guidelines. What Happened on the Final XAUUSD Trade The user claims that his Stop Loss (SL) was ignored. The backend execution logs show otherwise. Position Details •Instrument: XAUUSD •Position Size: 172 quantity •Average Entry Price: 5,090.66 •Stop Loss Price: 5,090.13 Market Events: 07:57:56.022: •The last market bid price received from the live data feed was 5,090.42. •Since the market price was still above the stop loss level of 5,090.13, the stop loss could not trigger. Next 1.258 Seconds: •During a period of high market volatility, the market moved rapidly and skipped multiple price levels. 07:57:57.280: •The next available market price received from the feed was 5,089.50. The market never traded at 5,090.13 during this period. As a result, the stop loss was triggered and converted into a market order, which was executed at the next available price of 5,089.50. This resulted in approximately 0.63 points of slippage, which is a normal outcome during fast-moving market conditions. Loss Calculation •Entry Price: 5,090.66 •Exit Price: 5,089.50 •Total Movement: 1.16 points Loss calculation: 172 quantity × 1.16 points = $199.52 loss This realized loss reduced the account equity below the account's permitted Daily Drawdown threshold. As a result, the account was automatically breached by the risk management system in accordance with the agreed trading rules. Frontend Display vs Backend Execution: The user has repeatedly referenced a support response mentioning a possible frontend display issue within AgenaTrader (AT). However, the same response clearly stated: "...but that did not cause the challenge failure. The challenge was failed because of the trade execution outcome, including slippage." It is important to understand the difference between platform display and trade execution: • A charting platform or trading terminal displays market information locally on the trader's device. • Actual trade execution is determined by the live backend execution systems and market data feeds. • Backend execution records, timestamps, and trade fills are the authoritative source of truth. • A visual display issue on a local platform does not change the underlying market prices or execution results. The account breach occurred because of the actual trade outcome and resulting drawdown, not because of any frontend display behavior.
