CME charges $6.25 per user per month for every person you provide CME data on simulated accs (new sim-licence they launched start of this year, they dont offer classic data distribution licences to props anymore), i dont think you can get around that? So $2.50 / user / month probably would not work but your idea is still valid 💯
English

If anyone is really interested in banking on the futures prop firm industry, make a stand alone trading platform, get futures contracts into it (its not that hard if you know the right people) and charge $2.50 per user per month. Make your product better than the trash that exists out there currently and you can retire your grandma. There are multiple LP's from the CFD's world that will give you futures access for pricing for a small fee (and yes real futures not futures CFD's).
Features to include:
- Price that doesn't lag
- Feed that doesn't freeze
- Auto zoom so you dont have to pinch your screen 500 times a day
- internal copy trader for multiple accounts
- more modern alert sounds
- High speed account opening (it shouldnt take 5 minutes to produce an account).
You could even add features that are prop specific that help traders, most of these features should be a day or two programming like account lockout and trading session manager.
Build this, price in that way and you have completely undercut the market. It makes it affordable for more props to spawn as well and you will make a million or two a month bottom line.

Last week @TradersYard closed a new strategic funding round with @IngmarMattus and Andromeda Capital.
More fuel to go global, ship faster, and build the prop trading platform traders actually deserve.
Heads down for years - now it’s time to accelerate.

English

So I got down the 1 step model to a healthy level, 0 rules minus the obvious ones (HFT etc) and decent pricing that everyone would be happy with, question is, the payout system is completely fresh, it's not standard 80/90 or 100% splits that essentially ruins the props (thinking the end cycle)
Keeping it gamified for the most part (that's what 99% of the industry is) whilst keeping the business pockets rather clean.
It means 0 denials, once everyone is funded, if you reach a payout, everyone gets paid.
For an upcoming prop this could be a game changer, for a large prop it would mean complete overhaul.
I think 1 step plans are the future of CFDs.

@33Diloh @PropFirmsGuru @TradersYard @skillo42 read the post i linked in my answer above, everything described in detail there

@manuelson_ @PropFirmsGuru @TradersYard @skillo42 You fail to address the issue Professional and call out people scam yet there is evidence if platform failure .
English

Hello @TradersYard can you please provide explanation on this issue the trader @skillo42 consistently contacting regarding this issue, your attentions needed here.
The platform failed during a stop loss event.
Price updated normally every 100ms, then blacked out for 1.29 seconds while price moved $0.98. Updates resumed at 100ms.
The broker claims slippage, but logs show no proof the price hit the stop loss during the blackout.
Gold is highly liquid; a $1 move without quotes is suspicious.
The trader also failed to close the position manually.
The broker admitted a frontend display issue but refused compensation.
The trader acted in good faith with proper risk management.
The loss resulted from platform failure, not trader error.
All events are documented.

@PropJoshD you missing some features there or you dont like their UX overall?

Its the absolute same experience we have with @Trustpilot - we were even paying them their mafia-fee of monthly subscription, still regular problems with real happy users and good reviews that they removed and even did not give the user the chance to prove they are legit.
Few days ago they flagged us telling us 256 of our reviews were fake - while our whole profile in its lifetime got 67 reviews in total (!).
I pointed out to their support that there must be an error in their data as its just impossible that 256 reviews are fake when we got only 67.
They actually replied that they found a problem with their data that they analyzed, but still kept their decision do flag our profile 🤡
No idea whats going on with them, maybe their internal flagging mechanism are vibecoded on low-thinking mode.
English

A word about @Trustpilot & FTM.
In Jan 2026, Trustpilot slapped a warning sign on our profile for "fake reviews." No evidence. No specifics. I challenged them, offered to back every review with purchase history, trading data, payouts, customer contact on live chat/email etc. But no, they had to just hide behind their vague guidelines.
Since then it's only gotten worse. 5 star reviews from real, paid, verified traders are being rejected or removed. 1 star reviews on the other hand are all legit lol. We have 30,000+ traders, we process big payouts fast and can confidently say that even X is relatively quite about FTM no one can just come and say FTM scammed them of their payout on any bulshit reason, and somehow nobody is "allowed" to be happy with us? Really pissing me off at this point.
Meanwhile, since the warning, our business has grown 4x. That's not what a scam firm looks like. That's traders placing trust on us despite a review platform telling the ultimate lie that they have removed fake reviews. Guess what? you have removed genuine reviews from traders that were actually happy with FTM and then put the blame on us on top that we are creating fake reviews.
Follow the thread to see some of the examples.

@manuelson_ @TradersYard So the better you trade, the bigger your account gets?
That's actually a pretty cool incentive 💯

@louisregis btw be careful with stripe, they blocked us a while ago as they have „funded prop trading“ on their list of prohibited businesses. better have a plan b for fiat payments ready where you can switch to easily

For the revenue data, I’ve actually shown the full reconciliation on stream today. youtube.com/live/RL5vHjoqF…, skip to 12:10. We accept fiat so I’ve shown the current Stripe dashboard. The crypto revenue can be tracked on chain, the addresses are public.
