@SkipCanada I can't believe that because food was gross, due to it having sat around at the restaurant. So the driver isn't at fault, the restaurant is, your agents are saying I can't get a refund. This is unacceptable!

@SkipCanada has to be the worst delivery app! Plus the support team is also incredibly condescending instead of helpful. The app is horrible and the customer service is worse. Deleting the app and switching to Uber Eats!
