Had to change the pfp
Collection and community is a vibe.
NFTs help us connect to others who have similar interests
I change my pfp a few times a year to find more web3 collectors and builders and flex grails like this 💚

team players > lone wolves
i'm someone who likes to do things alone.
i still kinda do if i'm being honest.
i approached every single opportunity in life like this because it stemmed from a place of "proving" to myself that i was capable enough to do x,y, or z solo.
but i've learned that in crypto (or any field), teams want to hire people who can be a sponge and a high-level operator at the same time.
here's some game from someone who's worked in this industry for 4 years now:
> no team wants to hire an egotistical person.
this needs no explanation. stay humble.
> learn how to communicate and ask questions.
i'm talking about every single aspect. emotionally, objectively, strategically, etc. when asking questions, be honest about what you don't understand.
> help in other areas even if you don't know how to.
there's nothing better than providing your best efforts across the board. not only did this help me in my own skill sets, but it's also taught me a lot about team work and how every single effort, no matter how small or big, goes a long way.
> nurture your relationships within the company
it's easy to get caught in the "business" side of this industry, but don't forget, you're working with other humans at the end of the day.
spend time getting to know each other outside of work. for me, it was playing pickleball with my team when i was in malaysia.
> go beyond of what you're expected.
out of the many candidates, the company hired YOU. so do your job well, show up on time, and complete tasks when they're due.
lastly (for bonus points) i'll add this:
> don't forget to make time for yourself
it's easy to forget to take care of yourself when you're caught in sprints, product launches, etc. but you're only as efficient as your body & mind allows you to be.

Just got the news....
I got the position! You looking at the new Executive Director of the Moor Healing Center of Oregon 🏥😏
MetaMú@MetaM00
After Trump declared war on diverse perspectives and has mafe it clear only white men are qualified in America, my consulting business has struggled, but I've never complained and continue to pivot in any way necessary to sustain success. Today I apply for a new position and will also go back to school for a green trade. I will run this business, rock this new position I am manifesting AND prepare myself to be weatherproof and World War 3 resistant. Don't wish me luck, grant me power! 🤞🔋
