@scottish_water Hi.. G718RB. We’re a flat and we’ve just found out the property below has running water so I don’t think it is a mains problem. We’re still currently without running water tho. Assuming there must be a frozen pipe. Can’t find any leaks or anything like that.

@easyJet my outbound flight from Edinburgh to Naples on 16/07/20 has been cancelled but the return flight has not. Can I change the overall return flight for another return flight at a later date? Or I’m a better taking the voucher and then rebooking?

@easyJet still can’t get through to anyone on customer services as you just hang it up on an automated message and zero response on here.

@easyJet would love some reasoning why you think it’s ok to increase my return flight by £111 when I change but I could rebook the same flight I’d like to change it to for cheaper than the initial price I paid?

@easyJet endlessly trying to get through to you. Flights booked for 16th July this year but when I elect to change to next year it’s +£111 yet if I booked the same flights separate it’s -£18 to what I originally paid.. Anyone advise!?

It’s amazing, you can’t speak to anyone because you end the automated message with “please ring later” and end the call, and you’ve disabled the chat function online.

@easyJet The flights are cheaper and yet I’m still being charged. If I book the exact same flight now it is £80 cheaper and yet when I change the flight I’m getting charged £71.44. How is that right?

@skits90 Hi Stefan, we have removed the change fees at this time but you will be charged any fare difference. Thanks Symone

@easyJet trying to change my flight from July 2020 to April 2021, which apparently I can do free of charge due to COVID-19,yet when I try to do it you’re asking me to pay fees - those flights are currently half price of what I originally paid.

Have become increasingly fond of th idea of a midfield of Fabinho-Keita-Ox once Ox is back. Fabinho obviously being the anchor while Keita and Ox drive the ball upfield fast. All 3 of which are at the very least competent tacklers.

@Ryanair I’ve paid for additional 20kg Hold luggage for my flight to Malaga, am I still allowed to take on a cabin size case (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) in addition to that?
