@AndNowThunder @Nerbit_13098 Huge exaggeration. Diehardman probably has the most dialogue, but that's because he's Sam's handler. Your post makes it sound like Sam, Fragile, Cliff, Amalie and Mama/Lokne are glorified cameos, but they all have appropriate "screentime".

@Nerbit_13098 This is Kojima's main problem with high profile celeb casting because he can't pay them enough When you play Death Standing and realize Deadman and Diehardman (least famous cast members) do 90% of the talking you can't unsee this

Sutherland IS good in Phantom Pain, the problem is he has so little to say. Coupled with the fact it's the longest game in the series means its not uncommon to go hours without hearing him say a word, which is why I think so many people believe he didn't do much in the role.

@jonathanec12 @green0ut1 @TheeNelDog Sicario has Villeneuve, Deakins, Johansson, along with Sheridan's script. So yeah, it would have been great regardless. But I absolutely love Hell or High Water and Wind River, his directorial debut I believe. Those Who Wish Me Dead was a clear step down though.

@skoglund94 @green0ut1 @TheeNelDog It is. It's soapy storytelling, which makes it a little easier, but even that stuff is hard to write competently. That being said, I don't think it's a coincidence that his best movies can basically be ranked by director. ("Sicario" is a really good movie. But its script?)

@Kriegler007 Awesome ending! Just re-watched this a couple of nights ago. My only nitpick is what the hell John Spencer does with his gun before taking the second shot.

The sound design for the final shootout in COP LAND is exceptional. A perfect mix of deafened silence, ringing in the ear, Shore's score and gunshots. Tremendous work 🎬

I'm going to watch lots of Ben Mendelsohn films. Just watched Return Home (1990). I liked it. Simple, heartwarming, slice of life, not much happens. Just my cup of tea. You wouldn't like it.

@TimoTweetss There's no such thing as "perfect length" If the game needs to be 5 ,20 or even 100 hours then so be it It depends on the genre and what the developers want to offer

Having played a fair bit more 007: First Light (more coming this evening by the way), I really am not sure why they added so many driving sections into the game. They go on for a while, the cars don't feel great, the routes you're following aren't that exciting, I don't get it.
