GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen says Sony’s decision to end physical PlayStation game discs won’t have a meaningful impact on the company.
In a Bloomberg interview, Cohen dismissed concerns about the change, saying, “It doesn’t matter at all.”
“Software mattered in the past. Software today makes up less than 12% of the business, and collectibles make up over half the business. So, it’s totally irrelevant.”

Nah, this is dumb. Some creators do a good job at sponsorships, blame them if it's that bad. It's impossible to enact retroactively, so at best YT will just edit the language of the contract and give some money back.

Very rarely do I side with the big bad corporations on these things.
YouTube ads and sponsored placements are completely seperate. You pay Premium so *YouTube* doesn't present the ad, not the creator.
It's also not that hard to skip ahead if you don't want to see the segment.
