I'm so unbelievably upset tonight. I know Alex Pretti would probably despise me. He would probably think I am a monster for supporting mass deportations. He would hate that I support ICE. But I don't care. He should be here. He should be alive. He didn't deserve to die in the streets like that. Pepper sprayed. On his knees. Disarmed. Then pelted with bullets. Despicable. That officer should be in jail

As a law enforcement officer, I’ve got a secret to tell you about us. This will be shocking info, so make sure you read this carefully… We hate it when people point guns at us. Like, a lot. We also love going home. All our stuff is there. Therefore, if you point your gun at us and cause us to potentially miss going home, it’s going to piss us off and cause us to point our guns at you. Today, DHS law enforcement was conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien wanted for violent assault. During the operation, an individual approached U.S. Border Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. This violence is directly fueled by hateful rhetoric from Minnesota's sanctuary politicians. It must end now.

🚨 BREAKING: The armed suspect shot by Border Patrol in Minneapolis has DIED, per the police chief. TWO MAGAZINES recovered along with the firearm. This was 100% JUSTIFIED, case CLOSED! Bill Melugin confirms: “Border Patrol shot someone DHS says was armed with a gun. They recovered the gun and two magazines. He was shot multiple times, medics did CPR.” Video is out showing the incident. We don’t know every detail yet, but he pulled on agents, end of story. Politicians are already grandstanding, protesters are swarming, and it’s turning into another leftist riot scene in Walz’s Minnesota. I STAND WITH BORDER PATROL. Protect our agents, they’re the line between order and chaos. No sympathy for armed criminals resisting arrest.

At 9:05 AM CT, as DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien wanted for violent assault, an individual approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, seen here.  The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. More details on the armed struggle are forthcoming. Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene.  The suspect also had 2 magazines and no ID—this looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.    About 200 rioters arrived at the scene and began to obstruct and assault law enforcement on the scene, crowd control measures were deployed for the safety of the public and law enforcement.  This situation is evolving, and more information is forthcoming.

He was trying to help another person. They found the gun on him afterwards.

If there was ever a moment for libertarians and conservatives to step up and join the rest of us, we’re in it. Americans have to unite and stop this descent from a freedom-loving nation into the kind of place where masked, militarized government agents are sent to politically noncompliant areas to roam the streets, terrorize civilians, and deploy violence with impunity.

As a doctor who treated patients for decades, my top priority is protecting children and families. Multiple children have died or were hospitalized from measles, and South Carolina continues to face a growing outbreak. Two children have died in my state from whooping cough. All of this was preventable with safe and effective vaccines. The vaccine schedule IS NOT A MANDATE. It’s a recommendation giving parents the power. Changing the pediatric vaccine schedule based on no scientific input on safety risks and little transparency will cause unnecessary fear for patients and doctors, and will make America sicker.

Tonight, I am watching those papers burn in my fireplace. I am grateful I found them. But I could never bear to read them again, or for anyone to come across them and find out how much I suck.

I’m amazed that I managed to block out this humiliating memory. I remember other humiliations, but this one was spectacular, if I am getting the gist of the evaluation. So I protected myself from it for almost three decades.
