Saya lulusan sipil yang dapat kelas mekanika fluida, irigasi-drainasi, dan bangunan besar-besar lainnya. Kesalahan terbesar dari sejarah teknik pembendungan adalah menganggap suatu wilayah adalah ruang steril yang boleh dibanjiri karena sekian air bisa menghidupi sekian manusia.

Sebagai orang yang memakai kerudung, aku menyarankan agar temen-temen yang berkerudung lebih sering mandi sinar matahari. Aku kapok banget weh minum vitamin D. 😪

Kalau pas panas nyengat, aku nggak ke mana-mana. Kebetulan kombo sama kebiasaanku yang introvert ini~ pilih ngegame di kamar. Akhirnya, dimarahin dokter disuruh ganti baju yang lebih tipis dan permukaannya bisa lebih kena sinar matahari... selain tentu saja minum vitamin D.

Mau cerita pengalaman sedikit. Pas di Jerman aku dimarahin karena pakai baju tertutup banget & kurang mandi sinar matahari, jadi vitamin D-ku jeblok. Bener-bener butuh waktu yang lama, konsumsi vitamin D yang menyiksa, & tes vitamin D berulang kali sampai akhirnya ke nilai ideal.

Anak perempuan sebaiknya tidak berjilbab terlalu dini. Alasannya bukan agama, tapi kesehatan. Studi menunjukan anak-anak di Indonesia kekurangan vitamin D. Prevalensi ini terjadi lebih banyak bagi anak perempuan terutama di sekolah islam. Salah satu kemungkinan penjelasannya adalah karena jilbab yang mengurangi eksposur anak perempuan terhadap matahari. Faktor lainnya, sebenernya perempuan di asia punya behaviour menghindari sinar matahari. Kampus Top 3 suka narik2in antar alumninya doang itu satu hal. Tapi gaada yg pernah nanya ke Pemerintah, kenapa Indonesia merdeka udh 80 tahun, "kampus bagus"nya cuma 3. Itu juga yg lokal cuma UGM. ITB sama UI akarnya dari kampus Belanda.

They kill civilians, journalists, aid workers, and now peacekeepers. No one is off-limits. No one is safe. Sadly, it keeps going because the world keeps allowing it. To the UN Secretary-General, we appreciate your condemnation and your condolences. But words are not enough anymore. The UN must move beyond statements. Concrete, enforceable, and urgent action is what this moment demands. The credibility of the UN is on the line. If the world body cannot protect its own peacekeepers, what exactly is it protecting? To the nations of the world, now is the time to act together. Push for accountability. Refer those responsible to international courts. Enforce the rules that you all signed up to uphold. International law is only as strong as the willingness of nations to defend it. That willingness has been tested over and over again by Netanyahu’s regime. For countless of times, the world has failed the test. Do not let this death be forgotten in a news cycle. Do not let this become just another statistic in a long list of violations. Demand justice. I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran. This is a picture of Tehran. For you uneducated, untraveled, never-served, warhawks licking your chops at the thought of bombing it. It's not some low population desert. There are families, children, family pets. Regular working class people with dreams. You're sick to want war. Tehran is a city of nearly 10,000,000 people. Imagine nuking Washington, Berlin, Paris, London, or beyond, bombed with nuclear weapons. I gave up my diplomatic career to leak this information. I suspended my duties so as not to be part of or a witness to this crime against humanity, in an attempt to prevent a nuclear winter before it is too late. Yesterday, nearly ten million people protested “No Kings” in the United States. The possibility of the use of nuclear weapons must be taken very seriously. It's dangerous. Act now. Spread this message worldwide. Take the streets. Protest for our humanity and future. Only the people can stop it. History will remember us.
